Hiking in Kotor, in Montenegro brings you to a mixture of impressive landscapes and medieval constructions. When I visited this city, the weather was cloudy which gave an even more mysterious and interesting aspect.
To visit the historical center is simple and quick but it is better to see it from the top. To go up, you have an entry in the historical center that costs you 3 euros. The hike is easy with a few steps and stones walkway, takes only 45 minutes to reach the summit. When I reached the top I was thirsty but didn’t brought any drinks. Luckly there was a guy selling water and coke. On the top you have many ruins from the castle and a breathtaking view.
Behind this mount you can see another mountain and the 2 hour hike path with few people on it. I considered this spot one of the most beautiful landscapes from my Euro trip.
