Ever dreamed of surfing in a river? Indeed you can do surfing in the Isar river, in Munich, Germany. The river that crosses the famous English Garden, has three surf spots with different levels of difficulty. This is possible due to the narrowing of certain stretches, it forms a kind of wave where it is possible to surf. In addition, a structure has been placed at these locations so that the wave has a more homogeneous and directed shape.
The dynamic is very simple, according to your level of experience you define where you will surf. You must choose one side of the river to start. In the summer the movement is intense and a row is formed from each side to enter, since only one or two experienced surfers can enter at once.
