When Dalai Lama is not traveling around the world, he lives in McLeod Ganj where is located Tsuglagkhang, the buddhist temple of Dalai Lama. In the entry you have a panel showing future events and lectures from Dalai Lama. I was not lucky to see him while traveling in India, but I could see a ceremony happening.
To visit this place is free of charge, you follow some stairs and reach two saloons. You must take off your shoes to get in, but be sure not to miss them. One room has many statues and entities and the main temple is where ceremonies happen.
In the main temple there where a few monks. There was a sign written that was prohibited to take pictures, on the other hand many people were taking them and no one complaining. I spent about 15 minutes admiring the ceremony.
When you exit they offer you some sweet while balls, a tradicional candy that represents the bless of divinity.
